Short version: we store what’s needed to run your campaign and nothing else. No ads, no selling data, no third-party analytics trackers.

What we store

• Your email — collected at checkout (or sign-in) so we can send your access link, the daily post reminders, and the one post-show note. Every email has an unsubscribe link that stops emails for that show.
• Your show details — act, venue, city, date and the optional links you enter. They exist to fill in your captions.
• Your progress — which posts you’ve ticked off, so your plan syncs across devices.
• Post-show answers — if you reply to “how did it go?”, we store your answer. A quote is only ever published if you tick the permission box, and re-submitting the form withdraws it.
• Anonymous product events — page-level counts (e.g. “a visitor reached the build page”) with a random browser id, used only to see whether the product works. No names, no emails in that data.

Who processes it

Payments are handled by Stripe — your card details go to Stripe, not us. Data is stored with Supabase, the site runs on Vercel, and email is sent through Resend. If AI caption sharpening is enabled, show details (never your email) are sent to Anthropic to write captions in your act’s voice.

Cookies

Sign-in uses session cookies (Supabase auth). There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices

Unsubscribe links stop email per show. Want your data corrected or deleted, or a published quote taken down? Email hello@filltheseats.live and we’ll do it. See also the terms.
