Fill The Seats sells digital promo plans for live shows. These terms keep things clear; buying a plan or subscribing means you’re okay with them.

What you’re buying

A single plan is a one-time purchase covering one show: a day-by-day posting plan with captions personalised to your act, venue, city and date, delivered at a private link and by email. A subscription covers a set number of show campaigns per billing month, as described on the pricing page. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay; payment is handled by Stripe, and we never see your card details.

Refunds

Not for you? Email hello@filltheseats.live within 7 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from your dashboard and run to the end of the paid period.

What the plan is (and isn’t)

The plan is guidance and ready-to-use content. You post from your own accounts, in your own voice, at your own judgement — we never access or post to your social accounts. Live music is live music: we can’t guarantee a full room, ticket sales, or any particular outcome.

Your content

The show details you enter stay yours. Captions we generate for your show are yours to use, edit and post anywhere. If you send us a quote through the post-show recap, we only publish it when you’ve ticked the permission box — see the privacy page.

Fair use

Don’t resell or redistribute the plan content as a product, and don’t abuse promo or referral codes (for example, self-referral through duplicate accounts). We can decline or refund any order.
